Hitachi Energy is seeking a Technical Tendering Specialist in Baden, Switzerland. You will craft competitive bids for renewable energy, offshore wind, grid integration, and AC substations, working with sales, engineering, project management, and supply chain teams to optimize solutions and manage risks.

You'll review specifications, develop compliant technical proposals, and coordinate documentation to ensure timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical tendering, proposal engineering, or project engineering for power/energy.
• Knowledge of AC substations, power systems and renewable energy applications.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and coordinate technical tender submissions for renewable energy and grid projects.
• Review customer specs to develop compliant, competitive solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, sales and supply chain teams.
• Assess technical and commercial risks and opportunities in tenders.
• Prepare tender documentation and ensure timely submission of proposals.
• Support sales meetings, clarifications, and proposal discussions.
• Evaluate supplier quotations against technical requirements.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain for equipment and subcontracted services.
• Contribute to standardization and best-practice sharing in tendering.
