Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in project execution, engineering, or related technical roles.
• Ideally 2+ years in bid management or proposal engineering.
• Strong knowledge of substation automation and AC substations.
• Experience with complex customer specifications and risk assessments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional and virtual teams.
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.
• Excellent English communication; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical tendering activities for large-scale opportunities in Renewables and Offshore AC.
• Prepare competitive system proposals including design, cost estimation, and supplier evaluations.
• Define technical scope, identify risks, and support winning bid strategies.
• Coordinate internal tender reviews and risk assessments per governance.
• Ensure high-quality, compliant proposals delivered on time.
• Act as technical advisor to Sales and BD during customer discussions.
• Collaborate with engineering, project Mgmt, supply chain and commercial teams.
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor offerings against specs and project needs.
• Lead global, multidisciplinary proposal teams across locations.
• Support process improvements for tendering tools and practices.
• Mentor junior tendering professionals to grow capability.
