Hitachi Energy Ltd in Baden, Switzerland, is seeking a Commercial Tendering Specialist to lead large international tenders in substation automation, control and protection. You will collaborate with sales engineers, technical tendering specialists, and support teams to drive submissions and management approvals.

The role requires an analytical, process-driven professional with 5+ years in tender management or export projects, strong English, and the ability to coordinate across cultures.

Formación

• 5+ years in Sales support, Tender Management or Project Management of international/export projects, ideally in substation automation or HV projects.
• Strong understanding of commercial tender aspects (Legal, Tax, Credit Risk, Export Control).
• Ability to coordinate with legal, supply chain, finance and other functions across cultures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead large and complex tenders to completion in Substation Automation Systems, Control and Protection within Hub Europe.
• Act as tender lead, coordinating stakeholders to evaluate commercial aspects, costs and risks.
• Prepare tender docs and cost calculations with cash flows and financial consolidations.
• Support contract negotiations with Sales Managers and cross-functional teams.
