Qualifications

• Experience in technical tendering, proposal engineering, project engineering, or project execution within the power or energy industry.
• Knowledge of AC substations, power systems, and renewable energy applications.
• Understanding of substation automation, protection and control solutions, and communication networks.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate technical tender submissions for renewable energy, offshore wind, grid integration, and AC substation projects
• Review and analyze customer specifications to develop compliant, competitive, and optimized technical solutions
• Collaborate with engineering, project management, commercial, legal, and supply chain teams throughout the tendering process
• Support identification, assessment, and mitigation of technical and commercial risks and opportunities
• Prepare high-quality tender documentation and ensure timely submission of customer proposals
• Support Sales Managers in customer meetings, technical clarifications, and proposal discussions
• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations and verify compliance with technical specs and project requirements
• Assist Supply Chain teams in coordinating quotations and requests for equipment, materials, and subcontracted services
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, and sharing of best practices across tendering
• Support development of competitive bid strategies that contribute to profitable business growth
