Zusammenfassung

more-jobs is seeking a Downstream Operations Associate Specialist (m/f/d) for a 12-month temporary assignment in the Greater Lucerne area, Switzerland. You will work hands-on in GMP manufacturing for early-phase biologics therapies, setting up and troubleshooting downstream processes, and ensuring GMP/EHS compliance.

Requirements include a life sciences background with 1–2 years in pharma/biotech, English fluency, and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.

Qualifikationen

Educational background in life sciences with 1–2 years in pharma/biotech.
Ability to stay composed and take ownership in GMP environments.
Fluent in English; driving licence may be advantageous.

Aufgaben

Set up, run and troubleshoot downstream processes in GMP-compliant operations.
Uphold GMP and EHS standards in daily work.
Draft and update SOPs and master batch records; review transfer docs.
Manage materials using SAP ERP.
Contribute to continuous improvement and tech roll-outs.
Participate in sampling and on-call duties, including weekends.
