Zusammenfassung

CTC is recruiting on behalf of a global market leader in production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients for a 12-month Scheduler position in Switzerland. The role focuses on ownerSHIP of end-to-end schedules for programs (operational readiness) and coordinating with QA, QC, Ops, MSAT, Plant Eng, and support teams.

Ideal candidates have at least 5 years in similar pharmaceutical manufacturing roles, strong experience with Primavera P6, and fluency in English (German a plus).

Qualifikationen

• Requires Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU citizenship.
• Minimum 5 years in similar roles within pharmaceutical manufacturing.
• Experience with Primavera P6; data-driven with strong Excel skills.

Our client, a global market leader in the production and process support of active pharmaceutical ingredients, both in the chemical and biotechnology sectors, is recruiting for a talented:

Scheduler

on a 12-month position, with possibilities of extension.

Main responsibilities:

• Owning the E2E schedules for programs (Operational readiness) including workload, updating the resources workload for PCP operation (manufacturing building).
• Leading the meeting with internal stakeholders (QA, QC, Ops, MSAT, Plant. Eng, support team) for E2E schedule update and tracking.
• Supporting/owning the planification of the different projects and support others tasks not only related to scheduling.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Relevant Swiss working/residency permit and/or Swiss/EU-Citizenship required.
• At least 5 years in similar roles in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
• Experience in using different systems, including Primavera P6.
• Data-driven, open minded, curious on data and keen to develop schedule on primavera and excel.
• Comfortable in challenging people, pro-active, lead meeting for building schedule and execution.
• Fluent in English, German would be an asset.
