Zusammenfassung

Akkodis, part of the ADECCO Group, is seeking a technical writer to assemble customer-facing documentation according to Machinery Regulation EU 2023/1230. You will document complex mechatronic products and create user manuals, installation guides and maintenance instructions in close collaboration with engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience writing customer-facing technical documentation.
• Experience documenting complex mechatronic products (mechanical, electronics, sensors, actuators, software, UI).
• Ability to independently create technical illustrations from 3D CAD data.
• Experience documenting safety-critical functions, including warnings and emergency procedures.
• Translate engineering information into clear, structured instructions.

Aufgaben

• Create and maintain customer-facing technical documentation in accordance with Machinery Regulation (EU) 2023/1230.
• Develop user manuals, operating instructions, installation guides, maintenance instructions, and troubleshooting documentation.
• Document complex mechatronic products, covering mechanical systems, electronics, sensors, actuators, software, and user interfaces.
• Create technical illustrations independently from 3D CAD data, using STEP files provided by the engineering team.
• Develop documentation for safety-critical functions, including safety warnings, residual risks, limitations of use, emergency procedures, and safe operating and maintenance instructions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams to collect and understand relevant technical information and ensure documentation is technically accurate.
• Translate complex engineering information into clear, structured, and customer-friendly documentation.
