Zusammenfassung

Artidis AG is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design, prototype, verify, and industrialize advanced medical-device components. You will ensure ISO GPS compliance, collaborate with embedded and software teams, and guide junior engineers while coordinating with suppliers for manufacturing transfers.

The role requires hands-on prototype work, detailed CAD drawings, and strong documentation for regulatory submissions.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Systems Engineering with emphasis in Mechanical Design.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in mechanical design and development, preferably with integrated electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience in medical devices and regulated processes (ISO 13485, ISO 14971).
• Strong knowledge of ISO GPS and design controls.
• Experience with machined parts, welded assemblies, plastics injection, and 3D-printed components.

Aufgaben

• Model and detail CAD parts and assemblies; create drawings and specifications.
• Collaborate with embedded and software teams to integrate mechanical designs.
• Build, test, and validate mechanical prototypes and design verification tests.
• Lead design reviews and implement design improvements.
• Manage change control and documentation for manufacturing transfer.
• Prepare documentation for FDA/Notified Body submissions.
• Mentor junior engineers and coordinate mechanical work packages.
• Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers on production parts.
