TechTree is seeking a Talent Strategist to own client hiring success from kickoff to offer. You will run the process, manage the pipeline, and align with clients and TechTree's sourcing team to move fast.

The role emphasizes full-cycle recruitment, calibration calls, and delivering hires while maintaining high quality and strong communication with founders and C-level stakeholders in a remote-first team.

Qualifikationen

• Experience running full-cycle recruitment processes with client or stakeholder exposure.
• Proven track record in managing client relationships and calibration/scorecard discussions.
• Strong pipeline management and process discipline to maintain momentum while preserving quality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to founders and C-level stakeholders.
• High ownership mindset; treat every project as your own.

Aufgaben

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned clients as the main point of contact.
• Own candidate pipelines for every role you run.
• Lead the hiring process end-to-end with a high quality bar.
• Run calibration calls with clients and translate feedback into scorecards.
• Keep candidate notes, materials, and documentation accurate and client-ready.
• Drive interview scheduling, feedback loops, and stakeholder alignment.
• Close out projects and deliver hires; you own the success fee on every placement.
• Stay accountable for delivery quality, process clarity, client experience, and final hiring outcomes.
