Join is seeking a Growth Marketer to own part of the growth motion for a portfolio of B2B tech clients. You will translate founder knowledge into positioning, systems, and content that resonates and drives demand.

You will lead GTM strategy, ICP development, and a high-velocity LinkedIn content engine, while managing cross-functional collaboration, timelines, and client success. This is a highly strategic, hands-on role with 90% remote work.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on B2B marketing experience across positioning, messaging, and ICP definition.
• Excellent writing and communication in German and English.
• Genuinely strong copywriting that reflects the client's voice.
• Comfort with LinkedIn as a GTM channel, including content operations and paid amplification.
• Highly organized with ability to juggle multiple accounts.

Aufgaben

• Build GTM foundations and ICP/segmentations for client engagements.
• Develop positioning and messaging frameworks and alignment documents.
• Create and run a structured LinkedIn go-to-market engine for clients.
• Set up and manage content operations, from creation to distribution and repurposing.
• Lead bi-weekly client content calls and craft outlines and copy.
• Produce monthly performance reports linking content to pipeline.
