TechTree, a go-to recruitment partner for ambitious startups and scaleups, seeks a Partner to own an end-to-end practice in Zürich. You will bring your network, credibility, and commercial instincts to build a book of business, then lead delivery to close hires.

You will drive revenue, set terms, and grow accounts, while building a team as your book expands, with equity and bonus potential in the mix.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record of winning and growing client relationships.
• Experience in executive search, recruitment, or senior client-facing roles.
• Strong delivery instincts and ability to lead a search to a high bar.

Aufgaben

• Own revenue and P&L for your practice.
• Win new clients by leveraging your network and credibility.
• Grow existing accounts into long-term partnerships with TechTree.
• Set commercial terms, pricing and proposals for the deals you bring in.
• Act as a senior advisor to owners, C-levels, investors, founders, and executives on hiring strategy and market conditions.
• Lead delivery on your projects and hold the quality bar across every search.
• Close deals and close hires - you own the revenue on what you sign and deliver.
• Build, and over time manage, your own practice team as your book of business grows.
