You will search with LinkedIn Recruiter and AI tools, screen in German and English (French a plus), and own candidate communication in the ATS, delivering high-quality hires across industries. This role demands proactive advisory and collaboration with hiring managers.

Qualifikationen

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• University degree in business administration, psychology, or related field.
• Proven track record filling technical, functional, and sales & marketing roles.

• Manage end-to-end recruiting mandates for clients from requirements analysis to placement.
• Advise clients on job titles, descriptions, strategies, and channel selection.
• Conduct active search via LinkedIn Recruiter and AI-based sourcing tools.
