IKEA is seeking a Unit People Planning Specialist for the Riddes unit in Switzerland. The role focuses on implementing the new people planning process to drive efficient and sustainable work practices while supporting the unit and country.

You will work in a matrix organisation, collaborating with HR, recruiting, and department managers to ensure planned hours align with budgets and customer needs, fostering talent development and strong customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in people planning and HR background.
• Knowledge of scheduling and time keeping systems.
• Leadership experience in a matrix organisation.
• Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Implement people planning strategy at unit level.
• Ensure adherence to employment standards, legal and union requirements.
• Post draft schedules and coordinate with department managers.
• Identify improvements and escalate deviations.
• Support talent development and delivery of customer meetings.
• Collaborate with Recruiting and Unit P&C to fill vacancies with appropriate contracts.
• Educate and support co-workers about the planning process.
