IKEA Switzerland is seeking an inspirational team leader to manage a department in Dietlikon, Zürich area. You will drive sales, lead a team, and ensure an extraordinary shopping experience for customers while delivering profitable results.

You will coach your team, optimize product placement and communications channels, and promote IKEA’s social and environmental commitments. Fluency in Swiss German or German and English (min B2) is required.

Formación

• Experience in leading, motivating and developing a team to reach excellent results.
• Passionate about sales, result-driven with strong customer-orientation.
• Drive commercial performance in a retail setting with continuous optimization.
• Strong analytical capabilities and prioritization skills.
