Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting consulting, professional services, procurement or similar specialist profiles preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage 15-20 requisitions concurrently.
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing, screening, and recruitment tools is considered an advantage.
