Job summary

Chain IQ Group AG is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across multiple functions. You will partner with hiring managers and business leaders to attract and hire high-quality talent, supporting expansion with efficient recruitment services and an excellent candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in in-house recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience recruiting for consulting, professional services, procurement, or related specialist profiles preferred.
• Proven ability to independently manage a high-volume workload (15–20 requisitions).
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with SuccessFactors Recruiting is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered sourcing and recruitment tools is advantageous.
