Job summary

Otis is seeking a hands-on T Desk Manager to build and lead our new T Desk in Switzerland. You will support Mister T colleagues and Sales Administrators in running T sales campaigns, improving follow-up discipline and strengthening the end-to-end repair opportunity process.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales support, sales operations or a similar operational role.
• Ability to coordinate a small team or workstream and support junior colleagues; people management is an advantage.
• Strong process mindset: identify inefficiencies, simplify workflows and translate pain points into improvements.
• Solid CRM-based sales process knowledge; experience with Service Sales CRM or similar is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365, Excel-based reporting and basic Power BI/Power Automate solutions. Fluent business English; German and French are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily operations of the T Desk and support Mister T colleagues and sales reps managing T repair opportunities.
• Coordinate T sales campaigns, including campaign prep, opportunity lists, follow-up tracking and reporting.
• Supervise and develop the initial T Desk administrative team with clear priorities and quality standards.
• Act as the operational bridge between T Desk, Mister T colleagues and field teams.
• Drive standardization of T Desk workflows, templates, follow-up routines and handover points in Switzerland.
• Improve data quality and pipeline visibility in the CRM with accurate opportunity updates and follow-up discipline.
• Establish KPIs for the T Desk with Sales leadership and Finance, aligned with incentive principles.
