Artefact is expanding its Pharma & Life Sciences presence in Switzerland, based in Zurich with travel to Basel. As a Partner-level leader, you will originate and drive new client relationships, expand the Swiss practice and align engagements with GxP, GDPR and EU AI Act requirements.

You will lead multidisciplinary teams and shape the offering for pharma, biotech and medtech customers. You will collaborate with the global healthcare and life sciences teams, publish industry insights, and mentor

Qualifikationen

• 12–15 years of experience, including 8+ years serving pharma/biotech/medtech clients in a life sciences consultancy or similar.
• Currently Director, Principal or Associate Partner with a personal sales target.
• Track record of origination with life sciences clients: name opened clients & revenue.
• Network among decision-makers in Swiss life sciences, especially Basel & Zurich.
• Fluent English; German advantageous; French a plus.
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Zurich area, with travel to Basel.

Aufgaben

• Scale Artefact’s Pharma & Life Sciences practice in Switzerland.
• Grow existing client relationships and win new clients to broaden the portfolio.
• Lead senior client stakeholders through data and AI transformation.
• Oversee engagements, ensure quality and regulatory compliance (GxP, GDPR, EU AI Act).
• Develop knowledge base: publish on AI in life sciences and build references.
