Job summary

Artefact is seeking a Partner to drive and grow its commercial business in Lausanne, taking over an established client portfolio in Romandie and expanding new accounts across industry, retail and luxury. You will lead the Lausanne office with Swiss leadership, delivering data and AI transformations to clients and building a broader, multi-year partnerships.

You will open new accounts with C-suite leaders, shape proposals with the Tech chapter, and ensure sustained growth while strengthening

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in consulting (tech/strategy/DS/DS or large firm).
• Proven track record growing client relationships and revenue.
• Native or full professional French, fluent English, data/AI understanding.

Responsibilities

• Develop Romandie client portfolio and GTM plan.
• Own pipeline, report monthly on opportunities and revenue.
• Lead cross‑functional teams for client engagements in Romandie.
• Grow Lausanne office with Swiss leadership and expand teams.
• Coach consultants on client handling and sector knowledge.
