Job summary

Artefact Switzerland is seeking a Partner to scale its Pharma & Life Sciences practice in Switzerland. Based in Zurich, you will originate new business, expand relationships and lead senior client stakeholders through data and AI transformations across R&D, manufacturing and commercial functions.

You will build the Swiss life sciences offering, recruit and develop the team, and work with global healthcare leaders to turn strategy into production.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience, including pharma/biotech/medtech client work.
• Track record of origination with life sciences clients and revenue generation.
• Strong network among decision-makers in Swiss life sciences, esp. Basel & Zurich.
• Working knowledge of GxP and computer system validation.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Scale Swiss Life Sciences practice: offer, client base and team.
• Grow existing client relationships and win new clients to broaden the portfolio.
• Lead senior client stakeholders through data and AI transformation.
• Oversee project delivery and ensure quality across engagements.
• Develop knowledge base and publish on AI in life sciences.
• Lead and develop the Swiss team and staffing on engagements.
