Job summary

Artefact is seeking a Partner to scale its Pharma & Life Sciences practice in Switzerland. The role is based in Zurich, with work across Basel, Zurich and Romandie, emphasizing origination and expanding client relationships in life sciences.

You will lead engagements, ensure delivery quality and regulatory compliance, and work with global teams to turn Swiss success into references. Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

12–15 years of experience in life sciences consultancy or equivalent.
Director/Partner level with personal sales targets.
Proven origination track record with revenue from new clients.
Strong network among Swiss life sciences decision-makers (Basel, Zurich).
Knowledge of GxP and computer system validation in data/AI contexts.
Fluent English; German a strong advantage; relocation to Zurich area.
Willingness to travel regularly to Basel.

Responsibilities

Scale Artefact’s Pharma & Life Sciences practice in Switzerland with an origination focus.
Grow the client portfolio by winning new business and expanding relationships.
Lead senior client stakeholders through data and AI transformation.
Oversee project delivery, quality, and regulatory compliance (GxP, GDPR, EU AI Act).
Develop knowledge base and publish on AI in life sciences; turn work into references.
