Job summary

Artefact Switzerland seeks a Partner to scale its Pharma & Life Sciences practice in Switzerland. Based in Zurich, you will drive origination, win new clients and expand relationships across Basel, Zurich and Romandie, while leading a multidisciplinary team of consultants and data scientists.

You will sponsor engagements, ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, GDPR) and contribute to the growth of the Swiss practice with a strong client network.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of life sciences consulting experience.
• Current Director, Principal or Associate Partner with a personal sales target.
• Proven origination with life sciences clients and revenue closed.

Responsibilities

• Scale the Swiss Life Sciences practice, define offers and pricing.
• Grow the client portfolio and manage the pipeline.
• Lead senior client stakeholders through data and AI transformation.
• Oversee engagements and ensure quality and regulatory compliance.
• Develop the knowledge base and publish on AI in life sciences.
• Hire and develop the Swiss team and manage staffing.
• Travel regularly to Basel and other Swiss hubs.
