Job summary

Artefact in Switzerland is seeking a high-impact engineering leader to manage the Swiss Life Sciences practice and its growing team. You will drive scale across offers, client base and collaboration with Artefact’s global healthcare teams to deliver ambitious data and AI transformations.

You will lead senior client stakeholders (CIO/CDAO, heads of Medical Affairs, R&D Operations) through data-driven programs, ensure delivery quality and shape the practice strategy for growth in Basel and Zurich.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in life sciences consulting.
• 8+ years serving pharma/biotech/medtech clients.
• Currently Director or Associate Partner with a personal sales target.
• Strong network among Life Sciences decision-makers in Switzerland.
• Fluent English; German is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Scale the Swiss Life Sciences practice across offers, clients and team.
• Grow client relationships and win new business for a broad portfolio.
• Lead senior client stakeholders through data and AI transformation.
• Oversee project delivery and quality assurance on life sciences engagements.
• Collaborate with Zurich leadership on strategy and investments.
