adesso Schweiz AG in Lugano is seeking a committed HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (60–80%) starting on 1 October 2026 or by agreement. Qualifikationen

• Swiss HR qualification (HR Assistant or HR Specialist) is essential.
• Several years of hands-on Swiss HR administration and payroll experience.
• Strong knowledge of Swiss employment laws and social insurance.

Aufgaben

• Manage operational employee life cycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Own complete payroll process for Lugano, including taxes and social insurance.
• Advise employees and Team Leads on HR matters and support HR controlling.
• Collaborate with Recruiting on onboarding processes and transitions.
• Contribute to HR roadmap projects and process improvements.
• Provide training on HR processes and tools and ensure knowledge transfer.
