Ohme is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our expansion into Switzerland. Initially remote while we establish a local Swiss office, with the opportunity to shape our presence on the ground.

You will own the Swiss sales strategy, manage distributors and reseller partners, drive targets, and build strategic alliances across hardware, software and services in a fast-growing cleantech venture.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships.
• Proven track record in EV charging, energy, mobility, or adjacent industries.
• Strong understanding of Swiss market dynamics across cantons.
• Fluent in German and French; professional working proficiency in English.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive business development activities across Switzerland.
• Identify, develop, and close opportunities with key EV ecosystem players.
• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to contract signature.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets for Ohme EV charging solutions.
• Develop strategic partnerships to strengthen Ohme’s route-to-market in Switzerland.
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across hardware, software, and services.
