Job summary

Qualifications

• CFC or equivalent qualification required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Assistant or in a similar role.
• German at C2 and English at C1; French is not required.
• Swiss resident within 30 minutes of the offices or willing to relocate within that radius.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the sales department and assist with daily administrative workflows.
• Ensure fluid communication and data transmission between departments.
• Handle and track correspondence and documentation for the commercial team.
• Take ownership of administrative polyvalence needed for smooth department operations.
