Job summary

Fraikin is seeking a Sales Administration Assistant 60% in French-speaking Switzerland to support its commercial and technical teams across three agencies, notably in Hendschiken. You will manage phones, emails, contracts, and data, while coordinating between customers, operations and finance.

The role requires strong IT skills (MS Office, Salesforce, ERP) and a Swiss German native speaker with French proficiency.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in secretarial work, administration or sales administration.
• Excellent organisational skills, rigour, autonomy and good priority management.
• Native Swiss German speaker with a good level of French.

Responsibilities

• Managing phones and emails and welcoming customers.
• Managing contracts and amendments.
• Supporting commercial and technical teams.
• Preparing and following up administrative files, updating customer data.
• Invoicing and administrative follow-up.
• Active participation in optimising internal processes, in collaboration with IT teams.
