Job summary

CoinShares Group is expanding its Swiss institutional and intermediary distribution across its ETPs and funds from the Zurich region. The Associate Director Sales will leverage an established network to grow assets under management, while coordinating with research, product, and marketing teams to shape go-to-market plans.

You will explain crypto ETP structures, manage high-level client relationships and travel within Switzerland as needed to drive growth and brand awareness for CoinShares

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales or client-facing role, preferably with ETF/ETP distribution knowledge.
• An established, active client network in Switzerland you can engage from day one.
• Strong working knowledge or demonstrable interest in crypto and digital assets, including market structure, products and risks.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and AUM targets.
• Knowledge of Swiss regulation relevant to fund and ETP distribution (e.g. FinSA/FIDLEG and FINMA).
• Right to work in Switzerland and residence in the Zurich region.

Responsibilities

• Drive AUM growth by owning a Switzerland sales pipeline and AUM targets for CoinShares ETPs and funds.
• Leverage your Swiss institutional and intermediary relationships and convert them into investors.
• Originate new business by identifying, approaching and onboarding prospects.
• Manage and grow client relationships with regular contact and proactive follow-ups.
• Explain crypto ETPs and related strategies and stay current on market developments.
• Collaborate with research, product, marketing, trading and compliance on go-to-market plans.
• Contribute to research, content and presentations and represent the firm at events in Switzerland.
• Maintain CRM discipline and provide accurate pipeline forecasts and sales reporting.
• Stay compliant with Swiss regulation and distribution policies.
