TalentCloud Group is currently supporting a Swiss-based investment management firm in the search for an ambitious Investment Sales & Business Development Associate in Zug, Switzerland (1–2 days home office).

The role focuses on promoting and distributing UCITS credit opportunity strategies to family offices, wealth managers, and smaller institutional investors across the DACH region, with a native German speaker and fluent in English required.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Native German speaker and fluent in English.
• Strong commercial / hunter mentality; sales or business development exposure preferred.
• Interest in investment management and financial markets.

Responsibilities

• Promote and distribute UCITS credit opportunity strategies.
• Support fund distribution activities across the DACH region.
• Build long-term client relationships with family offices, wealth managers and smaller institutional investors.
• Develop business in Switzerland, Germany and Austria.
