Swissquote is seeking an Associate-Director in the FX & DA Trading department to lead the eFX Spot team, supervise operations and people reporting to the Head Spot Vice-Director, ensuring effective risk management and compliant processing.

You will drive performance through coaching, hiring, and project management, while collaborating with Sales, IT, and software engineers to deliver data-driven improvements and a seamless client trading experience.

Formación

• Experience in sell-side electronic FX trading.
• Leadership experience is a strong advantage.
• Deep understanding of market microstructure.
• Good understanding of client needs and the competition.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the eFX Spot team and supervise operations.
• Drive hiring with Talent Acquisition partner and integrate new hires.
• Set performance expectations, conduct reviews, and address issues.
• Oversee realized risk, PnL, and ensure compliant operations.
• Analyze results with internal tools and data-driven reporting.
• Maintain up-to-date procedures and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Software Engineers, IT and cross-functional teams.
• Contribute to product development and infrastructure improvements.
• Monitor team capacity allocation.
