Zusammenfassung

Sygnum Bank is seeking a commercially minded Head of Corporate Clients to lead the next growth phase of our corporate client business. You will manage a high-performing team, deepen client relationships, and shape our market positioning at the intersection of banking and digital assets.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of corporate banking experience, preferably in regulated banks.
• Strong track record in building corporate client relationships with measurable impact.
• Excellent network across the digital assets ecosystem and Swiss financial markets.
• Solid familiarity with Swiss banking regulation (FINMA) and AML/KYC standards.
• Comfortable using AI and data-driven insights to support client development.

• Own and grow corporate client business across key segments in Switzerland and internationally.
• Lead and scale a high-performing corporate client team across sales and solutions.
• Develop and execute the corporate client strategy with senior stakeholders.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and prospects and ensure regulatory alignment.
