Job summary

Fidelity International in Switzerland invites you to join the ETF Distribution Europe team as an ETF Sales (Senior) Manager. Based in Geneva or Zurich, you will collaborate with sales, product and marketing to grow Fidelity's active ETF business and deliver an exceptional client experience for IFAs, wealth managers and family offices.

You will develop relationships, provide market insights, support client meetings and ensure high standards of service, while maintaining Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• Understanding of the Swiss asset management and distribution landscape.
• Fluent in English; French or German preferred; Italian is a plus.
• Experience in asset/wealth management or related field is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support implementation of Fidelity’s ETF distribution strategy in Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
• Develop and strengthen client relationships with IFAs, wealth managers and family offices.
• Assist with client meetings, presentations and events.
• Provide market insights and competitive analysis to support products and marketing.
• Maintain Salesforce records and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
