Job summary
Nexi Switzerland is seeking a Contract Onboarding Manager to lead the terminal contract onboarding team and ensure timely, compliant onboarding of merchant contracts in Switzerland. You will interface across Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT, and Logistics to support scalable onboarding operations and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- At least 5 years in operations, onboarding, contract management, payments, or similar.
- Previous people management experience in an operational team.
- Experience managing high-volume back-office or onboarding activities.
- Experience with process improvement, automation, or transformation.
- Experience in merchant acquiring, payment terminals, fintech, banking, or financial services is a plus.
- Fluent in French, good English; other Swiss languages appreciated.
Responsibilities
- Oversee onboarding of terminal contracts and activation.
- Monitor service levels, quality standards, and processing times.
- Lead backlogs, priorities, and workload distribution.
- Identify risks and ensure compliance with policies.
- Collaborate with Sales, CS, IT, Logistics, and Finance.
- Drive continuous improvement and automation initiatives.
