The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in service sales, a track record of exceeding quotas, and fluency in German, French, and English.

Qualifikationen

• 8–10 years of progressive service sales experience.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience selling complex service solutions to enterprise clients.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet service targets.
• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for Hitachi’s service portfolio.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
• Lead the full sales cycle from discovery to contract closure.
• Collaborate with technical, PM and product teams to align delivery with client needs.
• Deliver compelling presentations and proposals tailored to clients.
• Provide accurate sales forecasts and status reports.
• Act as SME for Hitachi’s service offerings to clients.
• Mentor junior sales team members as needed.
