ABB in Switzerland seeks a Regional Service Manager to lead a diverse UPS service team across the German-speaking region, reporting to the Head of Service UPS Systems.

You will oversee service planning, order processing, and field service execution, driving quality, growth, and safety while managing budgets and weekly reports. Travel throughout Switzerland is expected; strong German and English skills are essential, with knowledge of SAP a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Electrical engineering vocational training with HTL-level advanced qualification.
• Strong maintenance, servicing, commissioning and repair experience of electrical installations.
• Experience with power electronics and UPS systems.
• Several years of leadership in a similar role.
• Willingness to travel across Switzerland.
• Fluent in German and English; French/Italian an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Lead regional service team of coordinators, order handling specialists, technical support engineers and field service technicians.
• Oversee all service activities, orders, and maintenance within the region, achieving quality, performance and commercial targets, while maintaining customer relationships.
• Provide operational support to the team in service planning (FSL), including review and approval of weekly reports and expense claims.
• Ensure OH&S requirements are implemented and followed.
