Hitachi Energy in Switzerland is seeking a Sales and Operations Planning Specialist to drive our S&OP process across functions and regions. You will work closely with senior leaders to ensure alignment between demand, capacity, and business objectives.

In this role, you will develop forecasting methodologies, monitor KPIs, and support strategic planning with data-driven insights, while fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• APICS CPIM/CSCP certification advantageous.
• Significant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, or S&OP in an international manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and continuously improve the local S&OP process.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP reviews and executive meetings with senior leaders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management.
• Develop demand planning and forecasting methodologies using data analytics.
