Zusammenfassung

Hitachi Energy is seeking a driven S&OP leader to own and continuously improve the local Sales & Operations Planning process in Zürich. You will partner with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance and Product Management to align demand with capacity and business objectives.

You will facilitate monthly reviews, present executive analyses, mentor the team, and drive process optimization through data analytics and digital solutions. English fluency required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related field.
• APICS CPIM or CSCP certification is an advantage.
• Significant experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, or S&OP within an international manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead and continuously improve Hitachi Energy's local Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process.
• Facilitate monthly S&OP reviews and executive meetings with insights, reports, and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Management to drive alignment and consensus.
• Develop demand planning and forecasting methodologies using market intelligence and data analytics.
• Monitor KPIs like forecast accuracy, service levels, inventory, and production adherence.
