Qualifikationen

• Commercial or technical education combined with successful sales or business development experience.
• Proven track record of developing customer relationships and driving growth.
• Strong negotiation, pricing, and contract management skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building with senior decision-makers.
• Fluency in German, French, and English preferred.

• Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities within targeted markets.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with key customers and decision-makers.

• Lead negotiations and manage contract discussions in line with company policies and local regulations.
• Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent Nexans at trade fairs, customer events, and industry forums with follow-up and reporting.
