Lonza is seeking a senior leader to architect and drive transformation across its R&D functions in Switzerland. You will establish strategic frameworks, lead cross-platform governance, and act as a trusted advisor to R&D leadership, building new capabilities and offerings.

You will set the people and capability strategy, sponsor continuous improvement, and drive organizational effectiveness to translate complex challenges into practical, long-term innovation roadmaps across the Lonza network.

Qualificações

• Significant experience supporting or leading large-scale organisational transformation in a complex, matrixed environment.
• Experience in management consulting is highly desirable.
• Certifications in Change Management (e.g., PROSCI) or similar are advantageous.
