Qualifications

• English fluency with strong communication skills.
• Ability to translate scientific, process and technology roadmaps into integrated future manufacturing concepts.
• Experience in biopharmaceutical manufacturing knowledge and GMP relevance.
• Strong understanding of unit-cost economics and productivity drivers.
• End-to-end thinking across process, automation, data and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Translate future manufacturing concepts into operating requirements and cost implications.
• Lead unit-cost diagnostics and future-state manufacturing design pilots.
• Coordinate resources across platforms, sites and functions.
• Ensure integration of enabling technologies for automation and touchless operations.
• Support replication of concepts across sites and future builds.
