Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master in Data, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Operations Management or a related discipline.
• Highly Experienced in Manufacturing & Business Transformation.
• Highly Experienced in Large-Scale Program Leadership.
• Ability to define and communicate a compelling vision, align diverse stakeholder groups and lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept through value realization.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, process performance and GMP environments.
• Ability to translate investments into measurable operational outcomes and drive value realization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall Data-as-a-Product transformation program and translate strategy into actionable programs, priorities, and milestones.
• Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams spanning business platforms, IT, and external partners.
• Accountable for end-to-end program execution and delivery of technology foundations and operating model.
• Maintain alignment with IT Strategy and Target Architecture and ensure program governance.
