Lonza Group Ltd. seeks a Senior Director, Data-as-a-Product Lead to drive the multi-year transformation, establishing scalable data products and customer-facing data services. You will own the program vision, governance, scope, cost, and outcomes across Lonza’s platforms and partners.

You will lead the integrated program, align with business platforms, IT/OT, and quality, and translate opportunities into measurable business value while protecting Lonza’s IP and data assets.

Qualificações

• Bachelor or Master in Data, IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Operations Management or related discipline.
• Highly Experienced in Manufacturing & Business Transformation.
• Highly Experienced in Large-Scale Program Leadership.
• Ability to define and communicate a compelling vision, align diverse stakeholder groups and lead complex cross-functional transformation initiatives from concept through value realization.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Integrated Program Organization and drive the Data-as-a-Product transformation program.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable programs, priorities, and milestones.
• Orchestrate cross-functional workstreams across business platforms, IT, and external partners.
• Ensure end-to-end program execution, delivery of technology foundations and operating model.
• Maintain alignment with IT strategy, architecture, and governance.
