Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree or equivalent in information technology, data analytics, industrial engineering, engineering, business operations, biotechnology, or operational excellence
• Experience in operational excellence, digital transformation, process improvement, data analytics, or performance management in regulated manufacturing
• Ability to define and track KPIs, analyze quantitative data, and use performance information to identify cross-functional improvement projects
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, 5S, visual management to simplify processes and improve flow
• Experience with data and BI tools such as Power BI or Spotfire
• Awareness of biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations and GMP expectations
• Ability to work independently on site, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results

Aufgaben

• Identify, prioritize, and execute Lean/Six Sigma initiatives to simplify and standardize processes
• Plan, track, visualize site KPIs and develop BI reports for leadership
• Digitize planning and deploy digital tools and real-time metrics
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, engineering, EHS, and learning teams to implement improvements
• Standardize work practices, perform 5S, and capture reusable knowledge
• Ensure compliance with EHS, GMP, SOPs
