Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in Supply Chain, Operational Excellence or related environment.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean and structured problem-solving tools (A3, 5 Whys, Ishikawa, SIPOC, FMEA, RCA).
• Strong project management, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to analyze complex operational data, identify root causes and implement countermeasures.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.

Aufgaben

• Identify, prioritize and deliver Supply Chain improvement opportunities aligned with business strategy and goals.
• Lead end-to-end projects including root-cause analysis, action planning and governance.
• Define KPIs and baselines to measure project success.
• Facilitate cross-functional initiatives across Planning, Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Finance, EHS and Digital.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions and ensure timely execution.
• Embed sustainable solutions through SOPs, training and performance controls.
• Coach teams in Lean and structured problem-solving methodologies.
