Qualifikationen

  • Proven experience in Supply Chain, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement or a related environment.
  • Advanced knowledge of Lean and structured problem-solving tools, including A3, 5 Whys, Fishbone/Ishikawa, SIPOC, FMEA, RCA and Pareto analysis.
  • Strong project management, facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex operational data, identify validated root causes and implement effective countermeasures.
  • Experience influencing cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
  • Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain processes, ideally within a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent communication, visual management and executive reporting skills.

  • Lead end-to-end projects, including root-causes analysis, action planning, execution, governance and benefit realization.
  • Define KPIs, performance baselines and targets to measure project success.
  • Facilitate cross-functional initiatives across Planning, Inventory, Logistics, Manufacturing, Quality, Procurement, Finance, EHS and Digital functions.
  • Drive corrective and preventive actions, remove roadblocks and ensure timely execution.
  • Embed sustainable solutions through standards, SOPs, training and performance controls.
  • Coach teams in Lean, continuous improvement and structured problem-solving methodologies.

The actual location of this job is in Visp, Switzerland. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. The Process Excellence Specialist is the Operational Excellence lead for assigned Supply Chain areas and drives structured continuous improvement projects from opportunity identification through verified sustainment. The role establishes clear problem statements, baselines, KPIs, root-cause analyses, action plans, ownership and timelines, and ensures that agreed actions are completed and deliver measurable results. Working in a matrix organization, the role leads Supply Chain initiatives and supports cross-functional projects by mobilizing the most suitable subject-matter experts while retaining project governance and momentum.

This is an office-first role. Working together in person supports close, real-time collaboration and team alignment, enabling us to deliver our best work. You will work primarily in the office, with the flexibility to work remotely for 20% of your time (one day per week), and with collaboration and occasional travel within the sites network and HQ.
