Qualifikationen

• Master’s and/or PhD in Healthcare discipline or Business preferred.
• 8-10 years pharmaceutical experience with a strong preference for international pricing and reimbursement.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in global pricing or market access role; LoC experience preferred.
• Expertise in pricing and reimbursement policies and the global pricing environment.

Aufgaben

• Lead Global Pricing Strategies and pricing decisions across the portfolio to enable patient access while maximizing product value.
• Represent the Global Pricing team and serve as the primary contact for assigned markets.
• Monitor local pricing governance and ensure adherence to global pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with Global Access Strategy to develop access and pricing strategies for late-stage pipeline and launch assets.
• Develop pricing guidance aligned with LOE strategy and lifecycle management to maximize asset value.
