Qualifikationen

• 8+ years in commercial roles with B2B accounts
• Experience building new markets and in start-up or scale-up environments
• Strong leadership and ability to build trust with customers
• Proven ability to orchestrate go-to-market across multiple teams
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking

Aufgaben

• Strategic Account Development: You develop your own pipeline by identifying and prioritising promising accounts and building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Climate Strategy & CDR Advisory: You advise clients on net-zero journeys, build the business case for CDR, and design tailored proposals.
• Business Development & Industry Engagement: You represent Climeworks Solutions at conferences and develop new opportunities.
• Partnerships & Alliance Management: You maintain relationships with industry alliances and associations.
• Commercial Negotiation Leadership: You lead negotiation phases with cross-functional input.
• Customer Success & Portfolio Management: You oversee delivery of CDR credits and portfolio insights to customers.
