Climeworks Solutions is a leading provider of carbon removal solutions, seeking a Senior Partnership Development Manager to grow our business in Europe and North America across industries. You will build pipelines, develop value propositions, and craft go-to-market strategies.

You will lead strategic accounts, advise on climate strategy and CDR portfolios, engage at conferences, manage alliances, and steer negotiations. Strong English skills and an entrepreneurial mindset are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sustainability, Climate, Engineering or related field; Master's is a plus.
• 8+ years in commercial roles with B2B accounts and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Strong leadership, networking and analytical skills; agile and change-ready.
• Excellent English skills (C2) and effective public speaking.

• Develop your own pipeline by identifying key accounts and stakeholders.
• Advise on net-zero strategy and design tailored CDR portfolios.
