Climeworks is seeking a Commercial Growth Lead to own and drive the company's market strategy from Opfikon, near Zürich. This 100% role focuses on shaping our G2M plan, generating demand, accelerating deal conversions, and enabling executive decision-making.

You will lead a high‑performing growth team, orchestrate cross‑functional execution with sales, product, policy and marketing, and represent the company at key industry events to unlock new opportunities.

• Growth Engine Ownership: You are responsible for building and operating our commercial growth engine that shapes our G2M strategy.

• Growth Execution: You operate at the center of the commercial unit, designing and orchestrating the execution of our growth initiatives.
• Pipeline Growth: You accelerate our sales pipeline development and conversion by determining where we play.
• Market Activation: You own and deliver the in-market execution activating high-impact channels such as events, industry alliances, and targeted marketing campaigns.
• Team & Alignment: You lead a high-performing team and orchestrate cross-functional execution with sales, product, advisory, policy, and marketing.
• External Impact: You represent Climeworks externally at events, building industry relations and identifying new opportunities.
