Job summary

properti, the Swiss AI-native platform brokerage, seeks a New Business & Strategic Partnerships Manager to own the channel end to end, from first conversations with banks and insurers to signed mandates with brokers. You will win new partners, manage existing ones, and implement scalable processes that deliver measurable revenue each month.

You report to the VP Growth and collaborate with the CEO and a small team to align partnerships with strategy, product, and pricing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in business development, partnerships or enterprise sales with a track record of closing B2B partnerships.
• Existing network in the Swiss financial sector: banks, insurers, pension funds or wealth managers.
• Analytical: builds business cases, reads a funnel in the CRM, understands unit economics.
• Convincing presenter and trainer for sales teams and executives.
• Fluent German and English; French is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Win new partnerships: build and run the partner pipeline with banks, insurers, pension funds, wealth managers, media houses and portals.
• Manage and grow existing partnerships: own contracts, targets and lead flow.
• Present and train: enable sales teams to convert partner leads into mandates.
• Optimize processes and scale the channel: implement contracts, onboarding playbooks, SLAs and dashboards.
• Open new business: develop revenue streams with partners and pilot new offers.
